The Hillbillys (WM)

The Hillbillys was formed in 2018 and is (contrary to the name) a very Swedish mixed acappella group, consisting of Hillevi Martinson Billinger (tenor), Anna Rosenberg (lead), Henrik Rosenberg (bass) and Sofia Hagman (baritone). The group is focused on performing mainly in the barbershop style.

The Hillbillys is the reigning mixed SNOBS Nordic Champions 2025, the Irish Champions 2024 and the current mixed European silver medallists.

A big achievement for the group was to place in the Top-20 in the World Championships in the USA earlier this year, something very few European groups done before. All four members has been active singers for many years in the Swedish acapella community, and three of them were part of Tarzan & Jane quartet, which was the very first winning quartet of the World Mixed Contest back in 2012.

The opportunity to come and be part of the the BinG festival this year is something we are really excited about and looking forward to be part of!
