Today more than ever!
A few years ago, Joe Cerutti had the idea of using this language as a bridge between two ensembles from two continents. He shared his enthusiasm for this with Rob Roman and Norbert Hammes.
Many small pieces of the mosaic, such as the further development of this idea, the countless phone calls, meetings, individual and joint rehearsals that followed, and especially the friendly bond between the 80 singers from the USA and Germany, led to the creation of the ensemble "Project Mosaik".
The two ensembles, which met for the first time in 2023 at the BHS International Convention in Louisville, Kentucky, immediately felt great sympathy and respect for each other and have since grown together.

"Project Mosaik" is our symbol of solidarity and peaceful coexistence, and definitely proof that barbershop music knows no boundaries.
