3/4 anwesend (DM)

As is well known, the first question for any new quartet is what to call themselves. After lengthy discussions and many vetoes (unfortunately, the name "Veto" has long been taken), an idea eventually came up: since we were so often unable to rehearse as a full quartet because someone was always unavailable, meaning that only three quarters of us were present at rehearsals, we decided to call ourselves simply 3/4 present.

After rehearsing our Elvis set (Love Me Tender/Love Me) at Coesfeld last autumn, barely six months after the first rehearsal with the current line-up, we were able to perform at the Coesfeld Christmas market. We'll just call ourselves 3/4 Present. After getting our first taste of competition last autumn, barely six months after our first rehearsal with the current line-up, with our Elvis set (Love Me Tender/Love Me) at the Coesfeld Cup, we're also bringing a Beatles set to Wuppertal. With "When I'm 64" and "Yesterday", we will try to enchant the audience and the judges in the semi-finals and give you a few wonderful moments.
