General Info

> One ticket per person is required, please note the type of ticket (Harmony College / Quartett College / Jugendcamp).

> We will use the personal email address you enter in the ticket to contact you, e.g. for important information about HC, Sheet Music & Learning Tracks, etc. Please be sure to include the personal & current email address of the respective ticket holder!

> Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer and SEPA direct debit and must be made directly at registration.

> Your ticket will be reserved for you for 15 minutes after your selection. That's how long you have to fill in all the details and complete the purchase.

> To register for the Quartet College, four tickets must be purchased (by one person).

Individual Info

> The following information must be provided for each person - i.e. for each ticket:


  • Personal details: Name // [current & personal] email address // telephone // gender (m/w/d) // year of birth (only for youth camp)
  • Payment information: Billing Address & Cards Info (alternatively Bank Transfer or SEPA) 
  • BinG! membership: Name of the BinG! choir, the BinG! quartet, "sponsoring member" or "I would like to become a BinG! sponsoring member (from 25€/year)" // If you are neither a member nor would like to become one, you can also choose this option. In this case a surcharge of 70€ will be charged separately after the purchase of the ticket. // A BinG! membership for the special price for youth camp participants under 25 years is not necessary.
  • Accommodation: Room partner wish // comments to the accommodation (e.g. need of a barrier-free or family room)
  • Nutrition: Information about restrictions & allergies (please always state, the kitchen makes (almost) everything possible)


Special Info

> The selection of the courses and the participation in the choir do not have to be stated at registration.

> Double singers must first register completely with both quartets. We will contact you within two weeks after registration.

> Don't panic! In the last years we have always been able to accommodate all quartets and individual participants who wanted to be part of it. If you can't buy the tickets you want on the evening of registration, please try again a few minutes later. Due to the 15-minute reservation time, tickets can be released again, even if they were not available before. If the ticket you want is no longer available, please contact us by mail and be patient for our reply.
